Spectra Builders specializes in Interior/Exterior Renovations of existing buildings. This is the process where Spectra takes an existing space, demos it, and brings it back to life, exactly the way the client desires it. Our crews are very accustomed to working in occupied and unoccupied offices/spaces. We understand the importance of needing to stay open during a renovation, and our staff takes every precaution needed to help make that happen.

This process saves the client money because it gives them one point of contact (someone in their corner) for every step through the construction.
Spectra Builders offers many options to it's clients which includes but is not limited to, part-time/full-time supervision, site visits with clients, weekly/biweekly meetings (onsite, telephone, or Zoom), followup notes from meetings, etc.
